This is Hema, originally from Coimbatore India. I have been in the Greater Boston area for over a decade and have been looking for home-style food. That triggered the idea of having a small take-out restaurant to serve the people the same food that our family consumes. With the help of my brother Udhay, we were able to launch this pure vegetarian take-out place in your neck of the woods.

Udhay is a continental chef with over a decade of experience in the restaurant industry. After his professional education, he has worked in different capacities at different hotels and fine dining restaurants. He has a passion for traditional foods from both North and Southern India and works his magic.
